At the beginning of the celebration, Mr. Liu Chuliang, general manager of Hunan company, delivered a speech, in which he congratulated the successful trial production of Hunan upass project, and expressed sincere thanks on behalf of upass to leaders of various departments of urban government, installation and commissioning personnel of equipment suppliers and builders who have made great efforts. In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Yang Shulin, the purchasing director of Shanghai company, put forward suggestions and expectations for everyone, asking Chenzhou factory to ensure the total production requirements of "ensuring safety, quality and output" and realizing the total production of 137 million years.
